Refund Policy:

The refund will be accepted within 30 days of your purchase. If In case it exceeds more than that refund is not acceptable. Initially, you must allow us to assist us to help you in solving the issues by opening a support ticket before refund.

There are some criteria based on which no refunds are granted here are they:

• If you decided not to use the theme after purchasing them.
• The project was canceled by the client.
• Features of the theme do not match your requirements.
• At this moment you don’t want the theme.
• Thought of purchasing later due to another project.
• The requirements got changed so you no need the theme.
• Accidentally bought the theme.
• Changed your mind
• Insufficient skills in using the product.
• You want to buy another theme which will fit better

Kindly ask questions regarding our plugins and themes before the purchase to ensure they will meet your requirements. Refund requests may take up to 3 days to process. Because of the fraud activities and some unwanted tactics, we also have the right to refuse a refund but actually we don’t want them to happen.

We also offer you great support in case of any unrecognizable error or issues.

We don’t work during weekends however we do reply back if the situation is very urgent. Similarly, we were not working for your clients so avoid posting that you have to submit them immediately make as quickly as possible. You can show them to your client once we responded.
